  • Every ClairaQ product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and carefully selected fragrance oils to create a luxurious home fragrance experience.

  • Yes! Every Candle, Wax melt, Room spray, and reed diffuser is handcrafted with care to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Burn time varies depending on the candle style and size. For the best performance, always follow the candle care instructions included with your order.

  • For your first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing the flame. Trim the wick before each use to avoid burning your candle for more than four hours at a time.

  • Wax melt performance depends on the warmer and fragrance selcted, but each melt is designed to provide hours of beautiful fragrance.

  • Most reed diffusers provide continous fragrance for approximately 2-3 months. Longevity may vary depending on room size, temperature, and how often the reeds are flipped.

  • Our room sprays are designed primarily for use in the air. if using on linens or fabric, test a small inconspicuous area first.

  • Yes! Local pickup may be available for customers in the Houston area. Availablity and pickup instructions will be provided during checkout or by request.

  • Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders are shipped through trusted carriers with tracking information provided once your order has been fulfilled.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we ca make it right.

  • Please email us within 48 hours of recieving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once your order has been processed, most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

  • To enjoy the best performance from you ClairaQ candle:
    -Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
    -Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling
    -Do not burn your candle for more that 4 hours at a time.
    -Keep the candle away from drafts, children, and pets
    -Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave it burning unattended.
    -Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the conainer.
